Mate de coca or coca tea is a herbal tea made from the dry, raw and crushed leaves of the coca plant.

The Coca leaves also contain Vitamins A, C, E as well as B2 and B6.

Drink the tea alone or with honey preferably.

How to use:
Put a filter in a mug, add boiling water and let it sit for a few minutes until it is dense in color. Once the filter is soaked in hot water it will extract its contents such as inulin, phytonutrients, and alkaloids.

Don’t use it in the late night if you are sensible to uppers eg. coffee.
