I have herniated disks, fibromyalgia and more health problems I have found that coca helps alot. I chewy the leaves which helps almost instantly. Have had no problems with shipping live in Oregon so 2 weeks is decent. The ilipta the mint you put in leaves is great additive to them taste like mint gum.
